We stand by the quality of our products and respect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is intact

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe or significantly different from what was advertised

In these cases, Empathe will cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to a fault

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@empathe.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
